Tsavo East National Park
Kenya's oldest and largest National Park and one of the world's leading biodiversity strongholds, large herds of Elephants glowing red after dust baths with laterite soil, bushy grassland, Lugard Falls on the Galana River and some 500 bird species.

Itinerary:
: Depart from your beach hotel in the morning and drive Tsavo East National Park. On arrival enter the park via Bachuma gate and begin your morning game drive enroute to Voi Safari Lodge for lunch.

:After lunch, continue with game drives at Tsavo East National Park which is one of Kenya's oldest and largest National Parks covering an area of 12,000 sq km. This vast park lies in low semi arid country at the eastern edge of the inland plateau, north of the main Mombasa-Nairobi road and railway. Much of the park is level, open country with scattered rocky ridges and outcrops.

Day 1: Mombasa - Shimba Hills

Depart from your hotel after lunch and drive to Shimba National Park. This award-winning tree lodge is located in Shimba National Reserve, Kenya's last remaining habitat of the Rare Sable Antelope. The lodge stays refreshingly cool in its forest setting despite being only 45 minutes drive from the hot, humid coastal city of Mombasa. The lodge overlooks a waterhole and is a bird- and animal-watcher's paradise. Dramatic black and white colobus monkeys, leopard, will make a rare appearance, bush babies.

Day 1. Tsavo East
Early Morning 6:30am departure from your Mombasa Hotel for Tsavo East National Park entering the park through Bachuma game. On arrival, proceed for your mid-morning game drive to look for elephants, buffalo and giraffe arriving at Voi Safari Lodge/ Ashnil Aruba Lodge in time for lunch. Later continue with your game drive in the park until sunset to find as well lion and cheetah. The park is noted for its vast elephant herds and a variety of games including giraffe, buffalo, zebra and waterbuck.
Dinner and overnight at Voi Safari Lodge/ Ashnil Aruba Lodge.

In the morning transfer from beach hotel to Moi International airport Mombasa for early morning flight to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. On arrival at the airstrip, you are met and transferred to the Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp for check-in. Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp nestles below the Oloololo Escarpment on the western boundary of the Masai Mara overlooking the endless, game filled plains shaded by dense forest canopy. Each of the spacious tents affords total privacy and the privilege of sweeping views of the greatest grassland system on earth.
