A Honeymoon safari you can always live to remember and tell, this safari take ten days and covers the most romantic places to be in Kenya
Day 1:
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, are met picked and transferred to Norfolk hotel. On arrival, are received with a complimentary welcome cocktail, bouquet of flowers, and checked in at honeymooners suite on all meals. Diner and Overnight at Norfolk hotel.
Day 2
Breakfast and leave for Treetops in time for lunch. Check in and leave for an evening game drive to view animals. Your honeymoon will not be complete without a visit to this romantic facility. Enjoy a floodlit animal spectacle after dinner as the animals come to the waterholes, probably in moonlight environment. Dinner and overnight at Treetops.
Day 3
Breakfast and proceed to Nanyuki in time for lunch at Sweetwater's luxury camp. Accommodation is provided in luxurious tents, set under thatch, with en-suite facilities and private verandah. Each tent overlooks the waterhole. Within the quaint, original farmhouse is the dining room, bar and reception with its superb accommodation, personal service, first class cuisine and outstanding array of activities. Options include night game drives by four-wheel-drive vehicles, walking safaris escorted by a knowledgeable ranger, bird walks, camel safaris and outdoor dining ensure there is always plenty to do. Dinner and Overnight at Sweetwaters Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 4
Breakfast and transfer to Nairobi in time for lunch at the world famous carnivore restaurant (one among 50 best small restaurants in the world). After, transfer to The Norfolk Hotel. Afrternoon alone or can opt to go shopping. Dinner and overnight at The Norfolk Hotel.
Day 5 Finch Hatton's Camp
Drive to Tsavo West National Park and Finch Hattons in time for lunch. Afterwards, an afternoon game drive may be rewarded with sightings of the great elephant herds, lesser kudu, lion or cheetah. What a place to be sleep besides hippos and the nearby bush the roaring of prides of lions. A paradise in Tsavo. Dinner and overnight at Finch Hattons Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 6 Salt lick
Breakfast and proceed to Taita Hills sanctuary in time for lunch at Salt lick lodge. Sleep in a lodge built in the stilts as you watch the regular ambush by the predator at the floodlit salt licking/watering hove. Dinner and Overnight at Salt Lick Lodge.
Day 7 Hemingways Resort
Breakfast and proceed to Hemmingways Resort in Malindi via Mombasa where you will arrive in time for lunch. Hemingways Resort(Your ultimate resort for a Kenyan honeymoon) The rooms have been individually furnished to the highest standard using hand made pieces designed by Armando Tanzini and Charles Tyle, with original paintings by Lisa Dickinson. In a slight departure from the norm at Hemingways, the flooring of the living and bedroom area is to be finished in a dark hardwood, rather than a ceramic tile, thus giving the rooms even more individuality. Both suites will have satellite television. As with the refurbishment of all our bathrooms, tiles, marbles and fixtures have all been imported and finished to the highest standards, however in Green Hills and Key West we have gone a stage further, incorporating "His & Hers " basins, "Step" in corner baths, Bidets and an Extra large shower. For those wishing to entertain in their room, a kitchenette / service area has been incorporated, along with a guest cloakroom and shower. A further facility is the optional use of a superior room adjacent with inter-connecting doors to accommodate children or family. Dinner and overnight at Hemingway's resort.
Day 8 - 9 Hemingway's resort
Spend your days relaxing, beach-combing the miles of pristine beaches, windsurfing, snorkeling, creek fishing or take a boat trip to explore the beaches. Dinner and overnight at Hemingway's resort.
Day 10
Breakfast and leave for Malindi Airstrip with your connection flight at Nairobi - Jommo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
