Trevaron Travel and Tours is a tour operator company based in Kenya, licensed by the Government of Kenya to conduct tours in the East Africa region. The company has been in business for 10 years with a wealth of experience in the Industry and the directors have concentrated their efforts towards delivering quality service to all their clientele.

We offer personalized service both during planning period until arrival and completion of the tour. Safaris range from luxury lodge/camping tours, budget camping, mountain climbing, water rafting, tailor-made holidays, honeymoons, private home stays and for those who would rather travel on their own, or with a private group of family or friends. Uganda (safaris to gorilla treks), as well as beach holidays in Mombasa, Malindi, and Lamu.
This region is bestowed with a great variety of wild animals, birds, scenic beauty and culture in such diversity and abundance.
MEET AND GREET
Our staff meets each and every client arriving at both Nairobi and Mombasa airports. Our travel professionals are on hand to facilitate seamless arrival and departure formalities as well as to ensure that onward flight reservations are reconfirmed. After a short transfer and on arrival at their respective hotel, our company representative briefs all our clients during arrival at the hotel or at our offices.
The briefing covers useful facts about local customs, currency and general advice regarding their safari itinerary. Our Staff are also available to assist with any additional requirements that our clients may have or simply to give advice on shopping and eating out. Naturally, emergency contact with our staff is always available, 24 hours a day should our clients find it necessary to reach us after normal office hours.
EXCURSIONS
We have an interesting range of short tours & excursions in Nairobi and Mombasa. Excursion includes a drive around the city where you'll pass by modern day Nairobi and Mombasa landmarks. Time allowing you can take short safari to Nakuru or if in Mombasa to the southern parks for a day.
TAILOR MADE SAFARIS
Kenya and Tanzania offer a wealth of Tailor-made safari opportunities. This safari allows our visitors the chance to explore these opportunities to the full. The choice is yours, from the familiar National Parks and Reserves to the more obscure and undiscovered wilderness areas. From popular game lodges to exclusive and well off the beaten track game ranches, private charters to camelback safaris.

REGULAR SAFARIS
Our regular departure tours do appeal to a wide range of nationalities and budgets. Minimum safaris are 2 persons daily to fit into your needs. Prices based on 2 persons go down with 3 or more participants on road safaris and are on private basis. Bush and beach is one of the most popular combinations, which typically includes a magical week on safari followed by a few relaxing days at a luxury beach resort.
We design a selection of tours by road and air, featuring all of the major game parks and reserves throughout the region. These tours range from a one-night stay at a "tree lodge" to a comprehensive fifteen-day safari incorporating the very best of both Kenya and Tanzania. With a wide selection of tours operating throughout the week, it is easy to plan a safari according to preference and time available.
AIR SAFARIS
Regular departures by air are by far the more popular type of safari on offer. East Africa has a comprehensive and reliable network of internally scheduled flight services operating between all major towns, cities and National Parks and Reserves.
A flying safari can cut journey times between safari destinations. Normal road safaris can also include isolated flying trips to cut on travel times. Typical flying times range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Flying safaris include two gamedrives for every full day spent at a lodge.
Clients who fly directly into Mombasa may have a week or two stay-put on the beach and may choose to do an optional 2,3 or 4 day safari into the southern parks by road or Maasai Mara by air. These gamedrives are carried out in the lodge's vehicle and private transport will not be available to clients, unless requested.
SENIORS VACATION SAFARI
Seniors vacation safari is specifically designed for seniors who enjoy out door adventures. Children are not allowed on this safari package. Seniors will decide what they prefer and each case will be treated different. You will visit the world-famous Kenya national parks and watch the wildlife surprisingly close, this time, at your leisure.
What makes the seniors safari packages special is that they are exclusively for you, the senior member. You will not have other age brackets with you, unless it is your family. Because of this, you will not have unnecessary noise on your holiday and this makes it even more fulfilling. The quiet atmosphere will be at a maximum, giving you quality time on your holiday vacation.
The walks are very gentle and highly recommended to give you some moments to stretch. Not only that, to make your African dream come true, you will have a professional driver guide with proven expertise to handle your specific safari package. He will be there to answer any questions you may have on flora, fauna and culture.
BUDGET CAMPING SAFARI
A camping safari in Kenya is one of the world's great travel adventures. Pitching your tent in the bush gives you the feeling of really living in the wild. The romance of an open campfire under a magnificent sky full of stars is undeniable, and night in the wild is a magical time, when the air rings with the whooping calls of hyenas and the dawn is heralded by the unforgettable sound of a lions roar.
Camping Safari in Kenya is truly a great safari adventure, and most of Kenya's Game Reserves and National Parks have camping grounds and some basic facilities. Spacious tent camping space and long drop latrines are often available.
Tents are heavy-duty canvas dome tents for 2 persons. Clients bring their own sleeping bag and a towel but all other camp furniture and equipment is provided. Camps are set up on our own exclusive campsites. There are safari (canvas bucket) showers. Toilets are long drop style but clean.

BUSH HOMES/HOMESTAYS
There are many very beautiful areas of Kenya where people have built their own houses or camps, way off the beaten track in the virgin bush lands. Here clients are welcomed as friends and have an opportunity to share some of the amazing experiences of true Africa, untouched.
For those who love privacy quiet and serene places, these safaris are truly "people to people you will not see herds of tourists as experienced in large lodges filled with crowds of tourists, your conversations are with your hosts usually the owners and the local Africans who have inhabited the land for generations. You will return home with new and often lifetime friends.
Unique accommodations range from stunning wildlife ranches to luxury tented camps, private estates, homesteads and traditional tented camps. All of the Bush Homes properties are small, intimate and exclusive by nature, with capacity from four to fourteen guests. Guests can enjoy dramatic game-viewing from the comfort and safety of their verandah.
Lighting here is by gas, lanterns or candles. The boundless wilderness and big game of this region has long attracted adventure seekers from all over the globe. Each property is individually unique with common dining areas, private verandahs and en-suite facilities.

BEACH SAFARIS
After activities in the parks, clients with a few extra days can go relaxing on Kenya’s white sandy palm-fringed beach beside the clear blue water of the Indian Ocean to enjoy the cool nights, gentle breeze and the sound of waves lapping on the shore. You can choose to either go to Mombasa, Malindi, Lamu or Zanzibar. All our safaris can be combined with beach extension.
For clients who arrive on charters from Europe directly to Mombasa we can organize 2,3 or 4 day safari into the southern parks by road or Maasai Mara by air.
WATER RAFTING AT TANA RIVER
Lets go rafting!! a trip ideal for people with a day or two to spare when visiting Nairobi (only 100km?s along the Nyeri Road). This will be an exciting day of thrills (and often spills) with a great mix of high action whitewater (up to grade V) interspersed with scenic calm water where birdlife abounds.
HONEY MOON SAFARIS
An African honeymoon is the most romantic luxury honeymoon a couple can experience. East Africa and the nearby Mombasa and Indian Ocean islands of Zanzibar are superb locations, with breathtaking landscapes magnificent safari parks and beautiful tropical beaches.

BALLOON SAFARI

OUR VEHICLES
We operates "seat-in-bus" safari tours using our vehicles fitted with a pop up roofing equipped with HF long range radios, first Aid kits and we are able to arrange 4x4 landcuisers on request subject to availability with exclusive use of the safari vehicle with a guaranteed window seats for all participants. Some safari itineraries can involve transportation in vehicles operated by camps/lodges.
SAFARI TOUR/DRIVER GUIDES
The success of any safari tour in Africa largely depends upon the caliber of your Safari driver/guide. In this respect the greatest care is taken in selecting responsible, qualified people who are capable of providing a cheerful, caring and attentive service to our clients. To this end, all our Safari driver guides at Trevaron Travel and Tours are qualified to KPSGA(Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association) Bronze level.
This is a minimum requirement before we will consider hiring in this field. All of our guides have undertaken rigorous training and refresher courses and are experts in their chosen fields. The company works with English speaking tour drivers/guides and can also provide Spanish and French on request and all have an in- depth knowledge of routes, conditions, local attractions and practical mechanics. In addition, their ability as game spotters is outstanding and they are highly proficient in the identification of the animals and birds of Kenya and Tanzania.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAMMES
As well as gaining the Kenyan experience inclusive of Safari, we also offer our clients the opportunity to help in a community and make a difference to those less fortunate. The tour incorporates volunteer work in a local community for a week or two in one of the children's home. Volunteering project are incredible.
Seeing the change in children before your own eyes is very rewarding and then take a tour for 3- 4 days. Kenya is a warm and friendly place where the staff of the home would make you feel like a family.
